According to Italian Law 196, 30 June 2003, regarding privacy and personal data protection, we inform you that the personal information you provide by completing the Craig Hugh Smyth Visiting Fellowship application form is subject to treatment by Villa I Tatti, The Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies, in Italy and in the USA, with respect to the above mentioned law, making use of the proper tools and instruments necessary to guarantee the security and privacy of the data.

We wish to remind you that the completion of this application form is voluntary and that your personal data will be processed in Italy and in USA, and can be shown to the relevant public authorities, to members of the Craig Hugh Smyth Visiting Fellowship Advisory Committee, for the sole purpose of processing your application for a Craig Hugh Smyth Visiting i Fellowship, for statistics and for inclusion in our mailing list to receive relevant information from Villa I Tatti.

At any time you may exercise the rights guaranteed in Law 196/2003 - Art.7, i.e. to know, to obtain the confirmation, the erasure, the up-dating, the amendment and the integration of your personal data. You may also contest its use for any legitimate reason.
